Technical Information
Please refer to the company press releases dated February 16, 2011 and October 19, 2011 for further details on the Mineral Reserves and Resources. The October 19, 2011 restatement was solely a reclassification of the Goldex proven and probable reserves as measured and indicated resources, respectively. It did not take into account the production to date at the Goldex mine or any of the other mines.
The technical information has been prepared under the supervision of, and reviewed by, Marc Legault P.Eng., Vice-President, Project Development and a ''Qualified Person'' for the purposes of NI 43-101.
